The Center Inn of Sioux Falls, is seeking for a passionate and dynamic guest focused Head Housekeeping Professional, who prides themselves on their ability to deliver excellent levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests. As a Head Housekeeper, you are responsible to provide professional and customer focused service to our guests, ensuring their stay will become a memorable experience and your role will include key responsibilities such as:
- Develops action plans to address quality and productivity needs to ensure cleanliness goals are effectively met.
- Ensure rooms are clean and properly stocked with supplies for a positive guest experience – includes maintaining appropriate levels of supply inventory
- Ongoing communication with the General Manager, Maintenance Team and Welcome Team to maximize room readiness and availability.
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekdays & weekends (*weekends are a must*).
Major Requirements:
- Ability to work weekdays & weekends
- Able to speak and write English
- Organized and a Team Leader
- 1 Year of previous Head Housekeeping experience.
