Job Description
Heavy Equipment Operators as part of a team where discipline and rigor are the highest priorities. They perform complex operations that require a high level of attention, concentration and coordination.
Night Shift : $23.25 - $30.00 per hour pay depending on experience.
$2 premium for night shift
A HEAVY LIFT TRUCK OPERATOR MUST BE ABLE TO:
- Operate a high capacity lift truck to handle over-sized complex parts;
- Identify the lift truck components and report abnormalities if applicable;
- Use safe methods while operating the lift truck;
- Respect the load limit considering the handling techniques and standards;
- Scan environment, assess risks and take the necessary precautions;
- Perform other duties as assigned by the production supervisor;
- May be out of the lift truck up to 50% of the time.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Climb stairs and ladders;
- Work at heights;
- Lift and carry between 30-70 lbs.;
- Stand and walk for long periods of time;
- Bend, kneel, squat, twist, reach;
- Work above shoulder height;
- Tolerate exposure to weather, hot/cold environments.
