TranSource Truck & Equipment, Inc. is looking to hire a Heavy Equipment Sales Rep for our Rapid City branch. The ideal candidate should have familiarity with heavy construction equipment.
The Outside Heavy Equipment Sales Rep will:
- Establish and maintain strong client connections with given sales territory.
- Travel within a designated territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with current and prospective customers.
- Achieve or surpass sales targets through effective selling strategies.
- Create and implement a successful sales strategy to increase sales.
- Maintain precise records of all leads, customer accounts and sales.
- Stay up to date on industry advancements by attending meetings, training sessions, and events.
- Collaborate closely with sakes coordinator to prepare paperwork for potential sales.
- Monitor customer equipment quality throughout the machines lifetime and recommends replacement options as needed.
- Handles incoming leads.
- Committed to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to lift 70 pounds and load/unload equipment as needed.
- Ability to navigate customer expectations.
- Detail oriented.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
