The Catholic Diocese of Sioux Falls is seeking a qualified professional to serve in the role of Human Resources Generalist. As HR Generalist, you will have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of human resources including recruiting, employee benefits, performance evaluations, policy decisions, employee improvement plans, compensation review and serving as a resource for parishes, schools and affiliated organizations across the diocese. This full time, benefit eligible position has career advancement potential and will work from the Catholic Pastoral Center in Sioux Falls, SD. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field. A candidate with 2 to 3 years of experience in a human resources office is preferred.
