Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Sales Goals & Exceed Targets: Drive aggressive and energetic sales efforts to surpass revenue objectives.
  • Inbound & Outbound Sales: Engage with both warm and cold leads, proactively reaching out to potential clients while also handling incoming inquiries to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Qualify, Track & Follow Up on Leads: Ensure effective lead management by tracking, nurturing, and converting prospects through the sales funnel.
  • B2B & B2C Sales: Adapt sales strategies for individual consumers and business clients, effectively communicating value propositions to both segments.
  • Problem Solver: Identify client pain points, offer tailored solutions, and overcome objections to close deals.
  • Client Support & Guidance: Provide exceptional service and advice, enhancing the customer experience and building long-term relationships.
  • Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Proactively generate leads through various channels, nurture relationships, and follow up consistently to convert prospects into clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and business partners, ensuring continued success and referrals.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Identify and implement ways to streamline and enhance the sales process for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Market Awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to continuously refine sales techniques.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve collective sales objectives.
  • Customer Needs & Progress Tracking: Stay up-to-date on customer progress in the home buying/selling process to assist agents effectively.
  • Technology & CRM Management: Utilize social media and technology tools, managing the CRM system and adapting to a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Respond to Inquiries Efficiently: Address customer needs with urgency and professionalism, meeting and exceeding expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inbound and outbound sales (B2B and B2C preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly to provide solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a competitive drive to exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems and sales automation tools.
