Position Summary

The Inside Sales & Support Specialist is full-time seasonal, dynamic role designed to bridge the gap between sales success and operational efficiency. This position is tasked with driving sales through excellent customer service, providing detailed product training, & offering reliable support to Internal & External Customers during our busy season. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, communicative individual with a strong understanding of our product line and the agricultural equipment industry.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions

Sales & Customer Support:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients through proactive communication.
  2. Support and work collaboratively with Dealers, Remote Territory Sales Managers, Marketing Department, and Customers.
  3. Process orders, prepare quotes, and ensure that sales transactions are completed efficiently.
  4. Address customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner, escalating complex issues as necessary.
  5. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services, enhancing sales opportunities.
  6. Work in the office 8am-5pm, M-F. Anticipated duration of employment is late December ‘24 - May ‘25

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role within the agriculture equipment industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide engaging and effective training.
  • Proficient in using CRM software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office and overall strong computer skills preferred
  • A team-player, working together with internal and external customers, providing insight when needed and able to be flexible when goals or outcomes differ
  • Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
  • Passionate about agriculture and technology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Be able to report to work as scheduled

Physical Requirements

This job may work indoors or outdoors. This role routinely may be exposed to hazardous situations, conditions and equipment, may work inside closed vehicles; uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear and drive. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee may climb a height of at least 12 ft; walk on uneven terrain; be exposed to loud noises. The employee must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs and may be required to push or pull 100 pounds.
