Job Summary:

Vern Eide Mitsubishi is looking for a motivated and ambitious Internet Salesperson to handle all incoming Internet leads and drive sales through phone, video, and digital engagement. This role is ideal for someone who is hungry for success, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to put in the extra time to maximize their earning potential. While training is provided, this position requires someone who is adaptive, a quick learner, and eager to master digital sales strategies.

This position offers a commission-based pay structure, meaning your income is directly tied to your effort and ability to close deals. Many of our top-performing sales professionals earn over $100,000 per year. To support your transition, we provide a guaranteed minimum income of $3,500 per month for the first six months, allowing you to focus on developing your skills and building your customer base without financial stress. If you're willing to put in the effort, the earning potential is limitless.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Handle all incoming internet sales leads with urgency and professionalism.
  • Customer Engagement: Respond to inquiries via phone, text, email, and video to build rapport and guide customers through the buying process.
  • Phone & Video Communication: Conduct high-volume outbound calls and video messages to establish trust and personalize the buying experience.
  • CRM Utilization: Log all customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring proper follow-up and tracking of leads.
  • Product Knowledge & Presentation: Learn and showcase vehicle features, benefits, and promotions through video demonstrations and virtual consultations.
  • Sales Process Execution: Follow Vern Eide Mitsubishi’s structured digital sales process, ensuring consistency and excellence in every customer interaction.
  • Self-Marketing: Utilize social media, video content, and digital outreach to attract and engage potential buyers.
  • Closing Deals: Work with customers to finalize sales agreements, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable purchasing experience.
  • Adaptability & Continuous Learning: Stay updated on automotive trends, digital sales techniques, and CRM best practices to optimize performance.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong phone presence and the ability to make a high volume of calls daily.
  • Comfortable using video as a communication tool to engage customers.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and digital communication platforms.
  • Highly self-motivated with strong time-management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
