Weisser Distributing

Sioux Falls, SD 57104

Job Description

We’re not your average warehouse. Weisser Distributing is a fast-growing, family-owned company with a bold vision, a strong team, and a big heart. We power a wide range of e-commerce and retail partners with precision, hustle, and integrity—and we do it all while staying true to our core values: people-first, problem-solving, teamwork, and doing the right thing.

We believe in working hard, winning together, and having each other’s backs—because when our people succeed, we all do.

The Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on leader who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and take charge of all things receiving, inventory, and replenishment. You’ll be right in the action—driving forklifts, leading a team, solving problems, and making sure our warehouse runs like a well-oiled machine.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love leading teams, and aren’t afraid of a challenge—this is your moment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own the receiving process—coordinate with drivers, oversee container drop-offs, and make sure everything gets received into the warehouse smoothly.
  • Manage inventory like a boss—run cycle counts, spot discrepancies, and keep shrinkage in check.
  • Oversee replenishment to ensure pick locations are always stocked and ready to roll.
  • Jump in where needed—this is a boots-on-the-ground role, and you’ll be operating Cherry Picker forklifts regularly.
  • Leverage strong interdepartmental communication and broad warehouse knowledge to distribute labor based on daily workload and priorities.
  • Spot opportunities for process improvements and help make things better, faster, and more accurate.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment while setting the tone for a strong warehouse culture.
  • Lead and motivate warehouse associates with coaching, training, and day-to-day support.
Job Requirements
-Experience leading teams in a warehouse or logistics environment
-Cherry Picker forklift experience (comfortable working at heights)
-A sharp eye for detail—you catch the small stuff before it becomes a big deal
-Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
-A positive, proactive mindset—you don’t wait to be told what to do, you make it happen
-Physically able to lift 50 lbs and thrive in a fast-paced, warehouse setting
-Tech-savvy enough to handle WMS systems, spreadsheets, and task tools
