Job Requirements
Store Manger will be responsible for:
- Leading the team in great customer service
- Managing various opening/closing shifts
- Writing schedules
- Holding interviews and maintain proper staffing
- Enforce quality and cleanliness
- Handling ordering/inventory for restaurant
- Meeting sales and labor goals
- Promoting positive morale with staff
- Interacting with new and recurring guests
