Assist in the IRA administration, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and IRS guidelines.
Help process and review contributions, distributions, and beneficiary designations for IRA accounts.
Help prepare documents, including IRA agreements, account opening forms, and other compliance paperwork.
Assist in communicating with clients, beneficiaries, and custodians about IRA Trusts, providing excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate records and organize files related to IRAs.
Assist with other administrative duties as required by IRA Financial.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless experience for clients and support overall business objectives.
Other tasks as assigned by management.
