Now Hiring: Kitchen Manager / Chef – High Volume Restaurant

Are you a passionate, experienced culinary leader ready to take the reins in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen? We’re looking for a Kitchen Manager/Chef who thrives under pressure, inspires their team, and brings creativity to the table.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead all back-of-house operations in a high-volume setting

  • Oversee menu development, including seasonal updates and new item rollouts

  • Hire, train, and if necessary, terminate kitchen staff to maintain a high-performance team

  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards

  • Implement new procedures and systems to improve kitchen efficiency

  • Foster a positive, respectful, and professional work environment

  • Work flexible hours including nights and weekends

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a similar high-volume kitchen management role

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Solid understanding of food cost control, scheduling, and kitchen logistics

  • Creative flair with a passion for menu innovation

  • Hands-on, lead-by-example style of management
