Now Hiring: Kitchen Manager / Chef – High Volume Restaurant
Are you a passionate, experienced culinary leader ready to take the reins in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen? We’re looking for a Kitchen Manager/Chef who thrives under pressure, inspires their team, and brings creativity to the table.
What You'll Do:
Lead all back-of-house operations in a high-volume setting
Oversee menu development, including seasonal updates and new item rollouts
Hire, train, and if necessary, terminate kitchen staff to maintain a high-performance team
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards
Implement new procedures and systems to improve kitchen efficiency
Foster a positive, respectful, and professional work environment
Work flexible hours including nights and weekends
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a similar high-volume kitchen management role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Solid understanding of food cost control, scheduling, and kitchen logistics
Creative flair with a passion for menu innovation
Hands-on, lead-by-example style of management
