What is the opportunity?

• We are hiring a Leasing Agent to manage leasing activities for a couple of Apartment and Condominium complexes in Sioux Falls, SD.

How will you spend your time?

• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants
• Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring all documentation is completed correctly
• Collaborate with the Property Manager and Maintenance staff to address any tenant issues
• Maintain knowledge of local rental markets and trends to provide informed recommendations to clients
• Stay updated on LIHTC and Fair Housing Regulations

We are excited about you if you have the following?

• 1-2 years of Leasing Agent/Consulting experience with good job performance and longevity.
• Previous experience in Real Estate or Sales is a plus
• High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, good negotiation and sales skills, good written and verbal communication skills, and time management skills
• Full physical abilities (flexibility, mobility) to perform job duties.

What do you get in return?

• This position is from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Tuesday to Saturday
• Starting Compensation: $18-$20/hr. DOE
• Benefits: Full benefits package.
