West River Mental Health a full time Maintenance Technician position. This job involves general maintenance at multiple facilities, including painting, basic plumbing, electrical, mechanical, lawn care and snow removal. This job requires the ability to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, work flexible hours and take afterhours calls. A valid driver's license is required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of and skill in operation of vacuum cleaner, carpet cleaning machine, and floor striping machine.
Knowledge of and skill in general carpentry.
Knowledge of and skill in basic plumbing and painting.
Knowledge of commercial locks and security systems
Ability to maintain a South Dakota driver’s license, vehicle liability insurance and safely operate a vehicle in all weather conditions.
Ability to maintain up-to-date required company training.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent acceptable experience.

PHYSICAL DIMENSIONS:
Hand and finger dexterity for computer keyboarding. Requires prolonged sitting, standing, walking, and frequent bending, stooping and light to moderate lifting exerting up to 25 pounds occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently to move objects. Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone. Must be able to work independently. Requires full range of body motion including handling & assisting clients, manual and finger dexterity, and eye-hand coordination. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range. Requires working under stressful conditions or working irregular hours.
