Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC repairs or schedule sub-contractor to complete work/repairs.

2. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents.

3. Troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

4. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work.

5. Assist with facility renovations and upgrades as needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance processes.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
