Some of the job duties that our Maintenance Workers perform regularly are the following:

• Perform general maintenance duties such as:
  • Replacing ceiling tiles and lights
  • Changing filters on air handling units
  • Greasing equipment
  • Moving furniture and/or equipment
  • Shoveling snow and/or maintaining land grooming
  • Repairing equipment and/or replacing parts
• Perform a variety of semi-skilled duties such as:
  • Plumbing
  • Carpentry
  • Electrical
  • Painting
  • Drywall Hanging
  • Taping / Mudding
  • Texturing
• Perform scheduled facility walk-throughs and door checks
• Complete very general vehicle repair / parts replacement

Job Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

A high-school diploma or GED is required. Must be at least 18 years of age or older. Two to five years of maintenance experience is required. A valid South Dakota driver’s license, and clean driving record is required.
