About the role

As our next Marketing Director, you will drive our marketing vision for B2B and B2C audiences across multiple brands and channels. In this position, you will be managing multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced, creative environment. At the core, our Marketing Direction must have a passion for ideas, and work collaboratively across teams to develop needle-moving campaigns.

What we need you to lead ...
- Conceptualize and execute groundbreaking marketing ideas/campaigns that resonate with our target audience and set us apart from competitors.
- Oversee the creation and execution of our marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Whether it’s content marketing, digital marketing, social media, email, SEO, SEM or display it all must talk to ensure motivating and cohesive messaging.
- Manage B2C and B2B efforts, using prioritization skills to help keep all action effort moving seamlessly.
- Generate monthly/quarterly marketing calendars to ensure internal visibility and alignment to key activity.
- Manage and optimize campaigns, utilizing A/B testing and other methods to maximize ROI.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, gain insights and continuously improve.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Mentor and inspire a team of talented marketers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning in a high-performance environment.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives and go-to-market timing to maximize impact.
Job Requirements
You’ll Also Need ...
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Director, with a track record of successful digital campaigns.
• Solid understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).
• Experience with SEO/SEM, PPC, social media advertising, email campaigns, and content marketing.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Creativity, imagination, and a collaborative spirit.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Comfort level working in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team.
