Job Description
Powerwash, apply cleaning products to all meat cutting equipment, surfaces and floor. Rinse with HOT water, managing drain to only allow liquids to flow into drain. Sweep/squeegee/dustpan clean up of visible meat/fat particles.
M-F 4-6PM approx. Up to 10 hours per week to start. Weekly guidance, and 30-day feedback meeting with Manager.
Additional cleaning hours possible for powerwashing storage coolers, offal barrels, and general scrubbing/cleaning walls/barn/pen as needed.
