- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement.
- Train and support production staff on processes and equipment.
Lead and support Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Ensure production procedures efficiently utilize materials, methods, and personnel.
Consult with manufacturing to resolve questions or misunderstandings.
Schedule, complete, and document routine maintenance on applicable manufacturing and test equipment.
Assist with quality control to ensure the correctness of the product.
Diagnose root cause analysis of manufacturing defects and coordinate corrective actions.
Perform cost/benefit analysis to determine opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Other duties as assigned.
Must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Broad knowledge of OSHA and EPA statutes.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must climb into, onto, and out of tanks, climb ladders or scaffold.
Basic Solid Works experience.
