Schedule: Choose between two schedules: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM or Monday to Friday from 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
POSITION SUMMARY

GreaterGoods is a nonprofit redistribution center that receives large quantities of hiqh-quality, highly needed goods and distributes them to nonprofit members, including nonprofits, schools and churches. As a Member Services Associate, you’ll contribute to the success of this innovative program by greeting and assisting members, processing transactions, and providing exceptional customer service. You’ll also help stock products, unload and sort items, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Your role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth daily operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS STATEMENT(S)
- Welcome and engage with members, providing exceptional customer service.
- Process transactions efficiently using the Clover point of sale system.
- Assist members in finding products and answering their questions.
- Stay informed about promotions, administrative fees, and product details.
- Help with stocking and rotating products.
- Unload, test, and sort donated items.
- Perform cleaning tasks to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
Responsible for other duties as assigned.
POSITIONS QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School Diploma and/or state education requirements preferred;
Experience: No prior experience required, but customer service, retail, or warehouse experience is a plus.
Licenses: Valid driver’s license required
Other Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
A. Ability to Stand, Walk, sit, manually manipulate, reach outward and above shoulders, speak and bend on a daily basis
B. Capability to lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 lbs on a daily basis
