Job Description
We are seeking a network engineer/technician to help service our growing list of customers. A typical day would consist of answering customer calls, remoting into their PC(s) and/or server(s) to troubleshoot, diagnose, upgrade, etc. as well as visiting customers onsite. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills and neat in appearance. Must be able to deploy a server, join PCs to a domain, migrate e-mail (on prem to M365, etc.). Experience with LabTech/ConnectWise is a plus. We also use VMware, Cisco/Cisco Meraki, HP/Aruba managed switches, and Fortinet among a few others. Sales skills are not required but would be a plus. Experience with MSA/SAN/Nimble not required but would be a plus.
