Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:
Summary: Assist the Executive Director, and other administrative staff as needed, to ensure that the daily needs of The Banquet are met. This is a part time position with the opportunity to be very flexible with schedule.
- Administrative Duties-ensure donations are sorted, entered into the data base and prepared for deposit. Track and follow up on matching gifts. Write donation thank you letters weekly.
- Dining Room Supervision-work a minimum of one evening a week coordinating the dining room during evening meals.
- Building Maintenance-The Office Manager is responsible for ensuring appropriate businesses are contacted when repair or maintenance is needed. The Office Manager will also be responsible for scheduling repairs and maintenance for the agency’s vehicle.
- Assist with coordinating upkeep of The Banquet grounds

- Assist with writing reports, gathering data, filing and other duties as assigned by the ED.
