Job Title: Operations Manager

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead the day-to-day operations of our accounting firm. This role involves overseeing client service delivery, optimizing workflows, managing resources, and ensuring the efficiency of internal processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with leadership to implement strategies that drive firm growth, enhance client satisfaction, and foster a productive, high performing team culture.

  • Oversee operational workflows, including accounting, tax and client service processes, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the team to achieve performance goals and professional development.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and technology systems to support firm growth.
  • Act as a key liaison between leadership and staff to communicate goals and drive alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and firm standards.
  • Monitor and enhance client satisfaction by streamlining service delivery and resolving escalated issues.
  • This is a new role and will require flexibility, a motivated individual and significant communication

 

 

Wage: $70k-85K

Job Requirements
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations or similar roles.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross functional teams.
Expertise in process improvement and technology implementation (experience with accounting software is a plus).
Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
