About the role 

Are you a problem-solver who likes to improve processes? Do you have a knack for finding solutions to create efficiency? As our next Operations Specialist, you will help our team ensure the business is operating at optimal efficiency. You’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks related to process management, workflow optimization, and administrative support to ensure that business activities are carried out effectively and in alignment with company goals. At the core, our Operations Specialist must have the ability dive into details to create process improvement that improve efficiency across the business.

 

What we need you to do... 

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to various departments to ensure key tasks and processes are managed and completed.
  • Manage and track key operational metrics and reports for review as needed.
  • Coordinate and monitor the execution of daily operational tasks to meet goals.
  • Help manage inventory levels for retail products and reorder supplies as necessary to maintain operational continuity.
  • Assist with tasks as needed, including planning, execution, and monitoring of sales, customer support processes.
  • Support various departments, including Sales, HR, Finance, and IT and processes.
  • Serve as a liaison between operations and other teams to ensure alignment and communication process questions and alignments.
  • Support website quality control process by reviewing dealer websites for errors, inconsistencies, or misinterpretations including SEO checks, analytics checks, social media links, button and page links, page content and alignment to client requests.
  • Handle any Returned Invoices
  • Help support Manual Inventory loads on a per request basis
  • Data Entry as needed

 

You’ll Also Need ... 

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent and/or relevant experience.
  • Data entry and word processing abilities are needed.
  • Must have basic computer skills.
  • Strong written communication skills through email with external customers and other departments within the organization are needed.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Must be self-motivated, persistent, and have the ability to prioritize workloads.
