JOB SUMMARY:

Join our team as a Part Time Guest Service Associate at our Ashley Distribution Center in Fridley, MN! Do you have a passion for providing great customer service PLUS enjoy staying busy with administrative duties? We may have the perfect opportunity for you. Create an exceptional customer experience in our Customer Pick-Up department!

  • Part-Time:
    • Saturday 9:30AM-6:00PM
    • Sunday 10:30AM-6:00PM
    • Monday 4:00PM-8:00PM
  • Greet customers when they come to pick up their merchandise
  • Accurately enter transaction information into computer
  • Communicate with associates regarding product status
  • Run various reports

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills required
  • Computer and telephone experience required
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
