Job Summary
We're looking for positive and motivated individuals to provide excellent customer experiences within our outdoor aquatic facilities. With this application, you can apply for the following position types:

Work schedules available: seasonal 40 hours per week for up to 180 consecutive days, or up to 28 hours per week with year-round potential. Typical employment season: mid-May to mid-August.

Minimum Qualifications
Desired applicants must be 15 years of age and older, and able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.

Applicants should demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Lifeguard, Head Lifeguard, and Water Safety Instructor requires American Red Cross lifeguard certification. Applicants can apply without the certification. Job offer is contingent based on successful completion of the certificate. If hired, the City of Sioux Falls will reimburse the cost of the certification.
