Parts Associate, Customer Service, Ecommerce:
Parts associate will help our parts department. Provide customers (both internal and external) with the correct part(s) for their trailer. Locate and receive shipment of parts. Receive parts into inventory. Maintain the parts inventory for neatness, accuracy (cycle counts), and correct stocking levels. Sourcing, quoting, and ordering parts. Packing and sending parts to customers.
Customer service is the support you offer your customers — both before and after they buy and use your products or services — that helps them have an easy, enjoyable experience with your brand.
Ecommerce would be our online parts store.
Responsibilities:
Ability to be certified with a forklift.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Manage multiple ongoing projects at once.
Defining shipping requirements.
Unloading trucks.
Detailed inventory.
Ability to work with little supervision.
Assembly of parts.
Skills:
Exceptional phone etiquette.
Ability to lift 50+lbs.

Mechanical experience is a plus.

8-10- hour shifts
Day shift 5days/week
Ability to commute/relocate:
Huron, SD reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
Hand tool knowledge.
Read prints.
Willing to train the right candidate.

High School Diploma/equivalent
