Job Description
Be an integral part of our pastry team and work in a high-volume, innovative, fast-paced, and guest-focused environment.
Must have pastry school training and/or 2 years pastry experience in kitchen.
Preparing all pastry items such as macarons, tarts, petit gateau, etc.
Responsibilities and experience should include:
- Proficient in general knife handling
- Attention to kitchen cleanliness
- Ability to scale recipes in metric and follow mixing procedures
- This position requires standing, walking and kneeling
- Qualified applicants must be able to lift 50lbs
Competitive pay - ranges between $15-$20 an hour depending on experience.
