Exciting Opportunity – at FOCUS Optometry, we are looking for a professional, experienced individual to provide first impressions as our Patient Relations Representative. Duties include phone and in-person reception, scheduling and registering patients, verifying insurances, ordering product, collecting payments, and assisting with tech and optician work. If you like variety in your day and are good at wearing different hats, we might have the perfect spot for you.
A friendly, professional demeanor, willingness to learn, strong organizational skills, and the desire to contribute to the success of the team are qualities we are seeking. Experience with scheduling software and insurance processing are preferred, but will train.
