Pay Range: $45,000-60,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Process multiple payrolls, both large and small.
  • Process new hire paperwork including deductions, withholdings, etc.
  • Process monthly EFTPS
  • Quarterly Reporting
  • Payroll audits
  • Reconcile payroll liabilities
  • Working directly with management in producing a high level of payroll policies and procedures
  • Constantly providing insight and process improvements to management
  • Other duties as assigned to assist stakeholders
  • Perform general ledger reconciliation related to payroll transactions to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to resolve any payroll discrepancies or employee inquiries regarding pay.
  • Analyze payroll data to identify trends or issues that may require attention or correction.
  • Ensure proper tax withholding and filing for all employees, staying updated on changes in tax laws.
  • Utilize accounting software and payroll software

  • Proven experience in payroll management or a related field is essential.
  • Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements related to payroll processing.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements:

To be considered for employment and be successful in this role, you must have an associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, finance or related field, 2+ years' experience in payroll and be open to various payroll software.
