Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process payroll on a bi-weekly basis for all university employees.
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes for each employee.
• Maintain payroll records and documentation in compliance with university policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding payroll inquiries and concerns.
• Additional Responsibilities include but are not limited to processing:
  • Quarterly and annual reports
  • Monthly annuity and trust payments
  • Reconciling current fund and credit card bank accounts

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.
• Proficient in using payroll software and systems to effectively manage payroll operations.
• Strong understanding of federal and state payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
