Phone Call Specialist and Front Desk Receptionist Job Summary
Our office is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to greet clients as they walk into the building. You will also be responsible for other administrative duties, such as answering phones and emails in a high call volume facility. Other duties will include filing and scanning documents and scheduling patients. Our ideal candidate has previous administrative/phone experience, strong communication and customer service skills, and excellent organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greeting patients as they enter the building
- Answer high volume of phone calls daily
- File important documents and keep them well organized
Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Administrative experience
