AGI Hi Roller manufactures a line of premier commercial enclosed, dust-tight and self-reloading conveyors, designed for installation in grain handling facilities, soy and corn processing operations and industrial operations. It specializes exclusively in the design and application of conveyors which will not only contain dust and spilled materials but will also automatically reload that material back on the carrying surface of the belt.
The Opportunity
Apply protective coatings to our fabricated metal parts using different tools, equipment, and methods within the department. Perform final quality checks on finished product before they leave the work area.
The Team
The role will report to the Production Manager.
Responsibilities
- Hang and take down parts on both a continuous and batch style line.
- Sandblast parts when required.
- Apply powder coat application in both an automated and manual style booth.
- Work at a continuous pace to keep up with production goals.
- Have a keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills to assess and remedy equipment and quality issues.
- Keep an organized and clean work area.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- One to two years related experience.
- Able and willing to work day-shift hours – 5:30 am to 3:45 pm Monday-Friday.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Willingness to rotate to any and all production assignments given based on production and department needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
