Job Description:
As a Powersports Service Advisor at Vern Eide Motoplex, you'll play a crucial role in managing the relationship between our customers and the Service department. Your passion for powersports will shine as you provide expert advice on keeping our customers' equipment running smoothly. Responsibilities include quality checks, moving machines, and assisting in service jobs.
Job Type: Full-time
Income: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the point of contact for customers in the service department.
Use your product knowledge to meet customer service and repair needs.
Be the liaison between customers and technicians.
Ensure all processes are efficiently handled, from write-ups to customer updates and more.
Contribute to service profitability by monitoring customers' service intervals and setting future appointments.
Embrace daily responsibilities of cleaning and organizing.
Requirements:
Mechanical background with the ability to speak the "lingo."
Strong customer service skills.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to maneuver motorcycles, side by sides, and ATVs safely.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Team player with a focus on providing exemplary customer service.
"Can-do" attitude.
Driver's License Required, Class 2 License Preferred
