Welcome to Sky Dine, Inc. - where we take pride in providing exceptional dining experiences for travelers at the Rapid City Airport. We are currently seeking a dedicated Prep Cook to join our team and help us continue to deliver delicious meals and exceptional service to our customers.
What You'll Do:
As a Prep Cook at Sky Dine, Inc., you will play a crucial role in the success of our kitchen operations. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and portioning ingredients for our menu items
- Following recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in every dish
- Assisting the culinary team with various tasks as needed
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace
- Adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and has a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a professional kitchen setting and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
This position is for early mornings. Typical start time: 5am
