Job Description
Our company is seeking a Preplanning/Administrative Assistant to enter funeral plan information, answer and make phone calls, coordinate seminars, prepare direct mail, manage daily data entry, and meet with families seeking to preplan funeral and cremation services. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi task while maintaining flexibility, customer service and deadlines is essential. The ideal candidate for this position is organized, friendly, and outgoing. The position is full time.
