We are looking to add to our team in Production Assembly! Our Ideal Team Member will share our Core Values, has manufacturing experience (or is willing & excited to work in manufacturing), and has a hunger to develop their skill.
This is an entry to a mid-level position and for the right Team Member could be the launching point to grow into a variety of roles as we are strong believes in cross training and continuously developing our team!
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Review build prints to ensure all necessary parts, tools, and equipment are available and ready for the assembly process.
- Pick, stage, & prep parts for assembly.
- Assembly machines components such as rolls, bearings, electric motors, and sheet metal parts using a variety hand & electric tool into a fully working roller mills!
- Prepare fully assembled machines for testing and quality assurance review.
- Conduct factory testing and complete quality assurance checklist using defined testing procedures and checklists.
- Prepare equipment for shipping by properly packaging, labeling, and staging in shipping area.
- Unload, check-in, and stage incoming parts & assemblies.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Vocational training or certification in fabrication is a plus.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or high-level mechanical understanding is required.
