Pay based on experience

This position will work with the Plant General Manager and Production Managers. Primarily responsible for the daily operations in plant production. Also, responsible for compliance with all company policies, SQF regulations and local state and federal policies, laws and regulations.
Essential Job Duties
- Communicate with managers to maintain positive product flow.
- Monitor egg flow.
- Inspect products to verify conformance to specifications and directs setup and adjustments of machines.
- Prepare labels for daily loads.
- Work with maintenance on machine issues.
- Assisting with communicating job expectations and keeping production personnel on task.
- Train employees on work methods and procedures.
- Daily attendance and other production paperwork as directed by management.
- Assist with preparation of performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Read basic orders.
- Basic reasoning and thinking skills.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Follow and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and safety requirements.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently stoop, kneel, crawl and bend.
- Lift 50 – 100 lbs.
- Work in a loud environment requiring ear protection.
