HOURS: 40 hours per week. Monday-Friday 10am-6pm during the school year; Flexible 8 hour days during summer and no school days.

SALARY: Dependent on experience and qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES: This position will supervise the LSS Hilltop and the LSS Here4Youth programs. Key duties include enrollment and intake of students, planning daily activities for each site and when needed, working in ratio at the program. Additional key responsibilities include directly supervising 5-10 staff (more staff needed in summer months), ensuring they are following protocol for their site and providing high quality care. Working with a team, the ideal candidate will maintain that the facilities, staff and most importantly, families we serve, are all thriving. Our Hilltop program is housed at Hilltop UMC Church and serves approximately 40 school aged students with after-school (2:45-6pm) and all day (7am-6pm) summer care. Our Here4Youth program is housed at the LSS Center for Opportunity and serves 10-15 students ages 5-21 of all abilities, including those with special medical needs. Additional duties include completing monthly reports such as meal counts, facility inspections and verifying student attendance, as well as completing required trainings, attending required meetings, purchasing supplies and more.
QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in human services, education or other related field as well as 2+ years working with children, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must successfully complete all licensing and agency background checks. Requires valid driver’s license and ability to obtain approved driver status.
