Project Coordinator
Department: Office
Salary Range: Starting at $25-27$/hr DOE
Job Summary:
The project coordinator is an office-based position that plays a key role in helping production succeed with efficient scheduling. This role also provides communication to customers and production crews on the status and schedule of their projects and answers any questions with quality customer service. The position will thrive with a person who is humble, driven, and has high emotional intelligence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build, update, and communicate the project schedule to all relevant parties
- Timely communication with customers, in house teams, subcontractors, and third party vendors to ensure a successful project from beginning to end
- Ensure product and materials are ordered in a timely manner
- Initiate the job sign-off process, including but not limited to, warranties and surveys
- Utilize CRM to move job through system stages from inception to completion
- Prioritizing schedules
- Inbound and outbound phone calls to schedule appointments and resolve customer inquiries
- Weekly sales meetings to stay connected with sales team
- Assist with seasonal marketing projects and promotions (mailers, outbound texts & emails)
- Spontaneous customer interaction in the office (walk ins)
- Other duties as assigned
