Job Title:

• Project Estimator, Solid Surface Products

What is the opportunity?

• Are you interested in working for a family-owned business that is the regional leader in their industry? If so, we are currently hiring a solid surface installation project estimator.

How will you spend your time?

• Review project plans, specifications, and site conditions to understand project requirements.
• Prepare detailed estimates for solid surface installation projects, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.
• Research and source materials and subcontractor pricing to ensure competitive bids.
• Review contracts, submit shop drawings and technical data, set up job costing, prepare orders for purchasing, invoice and closeout projects.

We are excited about you if you have the following?

• Experience: 2+ years construction trades project estimation experience
• Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, drafting, or related area of studies
• Software: Proficient with takeoff, estimating, drafting, and Microsoft Excel
• Communication: Effective relationship management and communication skills
• Other: Strong detail and analytical skills
• Physical abilities: Full physical abilities to perform job duties.

What do you get in return?

• Work schedule : Open 6:30 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. Member work schedules to be determined upon hire.
• Starting Compensation: $55K to $70K (DOE), paid on an hourly basis.
