Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager & Estimator to join our team. The Project Manager & Estimator will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. This position requires strong technical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with project teams. This individual will meet with potential clients to determine the scope of work of a project and prepare estimates that include self-performed as well as subcontracted work. In collaboration with the field superintendent, this individual will coordinate and supervise the construction project to deliver a quality project under budgeted costs and hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
- Collaborate and foster relationships with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner.
- Understanding and ability to manage project to financial success
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Construction Management, Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
- Minium 2 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role preferred but not required
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft, Bluebeam ).
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
