Project Manager / Estimator

WHAT THE COMPANY WILL OFFER YOU:

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
• Estimating & Bidding: Prepare accurate cost estimates using HCSS software, develop bid proposals, and collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Project Coordination: Assist with buyout and startup processes, including purchase orders and vendor management.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with team members, ensuring smooth project execution and strong vendor relationships.
• Skills & Expertise: Requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of excavation, construction practices, and bid preparation.
