What is the opportunity?

• We are hiring a Property Maintenance Technician to work in the maintenance of multiple Apartment and Condominium complexes in Sioux Falls.

How will you spend your time?

• In this role job duties will include completing daily tenant maintenance requests; monitoring and maintaining building mechanical systems, assisting with grounds maintenance, and other duties as assigned.

We are excited about you if you have the following?

• 1-2+ years of related job experience with good job performance and longevity.
• Previous experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and basic repairs.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
• Full physical abilities (Strength, flexibility, mobility) to perform job duties.

• This position is from 8AM to 5PM Monday to Friday
• Starting Compensation: DOE
