Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Provider Enrollment Coordinator to manage payor enrollment and credentialing for SFSH and contracted entities. Key responsibilities include submitting and tracking provider applications, license renewals, completing enrollment applications for government and commercial payers, maintaining CAQH profiles, and coordinating with providers and entities for signatures and updates. The role also involves communication with insurance payers and supporting miscellaneous projects.

Flexible Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
Three plus years’ experience in healthcare or related field preferred.
Experience in medical terminology and credentialing preferred.
Experience in working with Medicare/Medicaid preferred.
