YOUR ROLE - Manage quality master data in SAP including inspection plan requirements, CoA profiles and all associated Henkel systems used to manage creation and changes to these requirements
- Coordinate document control requirements, acting as system approver in Henkel’s document control systems
- Participate in Henkel’s internal audit programs
- Perform verification and effectiveness checks for internal and external audit findings
- Manage and coordinate all internal record retention requirements throughout the facility and departments
- Write and update quality procedures as-needed
- Coordinate training as assigned
- Conduct quality related inspections as assigned
- Write and update work instructions to be used for operator training and as on-going reference documents
- Manage engineering master data, working with site engineers and product development scientists/engineers to transfer all requirements into SAP
YOUR SKILLS - Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; OR two years related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Able to read and understand technical information
- Technical Writing: Expertise in creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation.
- Communication: Proficient in delivering ideas and information clearly in presentations and discussions.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated with a proven ability to work independently and initiate tasks.
- Teamwork: Works well within teams, contributing to collective goals and fostering collaboration.

The salary for this role is $65,400.00 - $80,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
