As a Radon Mitigation Installer, you’ll play a critical role in protecting families from the dangers of radon exposure. Every project will challenge your skills and let you make a tangible, lasting impact.
Location: Pierre, SD
Position Type: Full-time
Pay: $18-$22/hr + Commission
What You’ll Do
- Transform Spaces: Install radon mitigation systems with precision, following company and national standards and safety protocols.
- Problem-Solve Like a Pro: Assess properties to identify the most effective mitigation strategies.
- Build Relationships: Communicate with homeowners and businesses to educate them about radon mitigation and the steps you’ll take.
- Own Your Work: Maintain detailed records of installations and ensure all systems are performing at peak efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience or Willingness to Learn: Radon mitigation experience is great, but if you’re ready to learn, we’ll train you!
- Hands-On Skills: Comfortable using tools like drills, saws, ladders, and diagnostic equipment.
- Physical Stamina: Able to lift equipment and work in tight spaces when needed.
- Detail-Oriented: You take pride in doing the job right the first time.
- Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative, supportive work environment.
- Licensed and Ready to Roll: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
