Position: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD. If you value integrity, thrive in a team environment, and bring strong customer service skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and handle general inquiries with professionalism
  • Provide outstanding customer service, listening carefully, empathizing, and solving problems effectively
  • Open and distribute mail
  • Create documents using Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Authentisign
  • Process applications and assist with onboarding new properties and clients
  • Track and manage keys for rental properties
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience with phone management and computer use in an office setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; data entry skills essential
  • Familiarity with property management software is a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); bilingual skills are a plus
  • Valid driver’s license required

Work Environment: This position is based in an open office setting with a mix of phone and computer work. Full-time or part-time options are available to fit your needs. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Primarily sedentary work with an available standing desk; occasional travel to other locations may be required.
