Position: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD. If you value integrity, thrive in a team environment, and bring strong customer service skills, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and handle general inquiries with professionalism
- Provide outstanding customer service, listening carefully, empathizing, and solving problems effectively
- Open and distribute mail
- Create documents using Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Authentisign
- Process applications and assist with onboarding new properties and clients
- Track and manage keys for rental properties
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Experience with phone management and computer use in an office setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; data entry skills essential
- Familiarity with property management software is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); bilingual skills are a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
Work Environment: This position is based in an open office setting with a mix of phone and computer work. Full-time or part-time options are available to fit your needs. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Primarily sedentary work with an available standing desk; occasional travel to other locations may be required.
