Job Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 AM)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression for homeowners, clients, and vendors. The ideal candidate is reliable, upbeat on the phone, and highly organized.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Make outgoing calls to schedule and confirm homeowner appointments.
Work closely with our design consultants to coordinate schedules and client interactions.
Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and handling paperwork.
Greet and assist homeowners with inquiries regarding our services.
Maintain an organized front desk and office environment.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth flow of communication within the company.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong phone etiquette with a positive and friendly demeanor.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient computer skills with adaptability in using different systems and software.
Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred.
