About Us:
Correct Choice Inc. (CCI), is currently seeking a dedicated and certified Registered Dietitian (RD/LD) to join our team in the corporate office based in Sioux Falls, SD. If you are passionate about creating nutritional programs that exceed industry standards and ensuring consistent dietary services, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Menu Creation & Development:
Design and implement balanced, nutritious menus tailored to meet diverse dietary needs within our facilities.
Nutritional Analysis & Compliance:
Apply your dietetics expertise to analyze food offerings, ensuring they meet all required nutritional standards and regulations.
Operational Excellence:
Develop and optimize operational procedures to improve the efficiency and quality of dietary services across our network.
Communication & Liaison:
Serve as the primary link between facility medical staff and dietary teams, fostering clear communication and operational synergy.
Sales & Stakeholder Engagement:
Contribute to the preparation and delivery of persuasive sales presentations aimed at stakeholders and potential clients.
Industry Standards & Education:
Create educational materials and guidelines, including coding for allergens and nutritional labeling, to be integrated into our menu formats.
Training & Development:
Lead training programs focused on nutritional education and food safety.
Nutritional Software Management:
Oversee the use of nutritional analysis software to ensure accurate data management and meal planning.
Patient-Centered Consultations:
Conduct individual nutritional consultations to address specific dietary needs and promote overall health and well-being.
Regulatory Compliance:
Assist in the development and maintenance of high standards for dietary operations that align with regulatory and facility requirements.
Qualifications:
- Must be a certified RD/LD.
- Demonstrated experience in dietetics and nutritional planning.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present effectively.
- Proficiency in nutritional analysis software.
- Capable of working effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in training and educational initiatives within clinical or community settings.
