Key Responsibilities:
- Travel independently to residences to repair home appliances, such as microwaves, ovens, dishwashers, refrigerators, etc.
- Diagnose appliances, troubleshoot errors, and identify necessary parts for repairs
- Provide top-tier customer service through consistent and friendly communication
- Uphold our high standard of professionalism and elite service
Required Qualifications
- 2+ yrs Customer service experience; Equipped with a friendly, engaging personality dedicated to customer satisfaction
- 1+ yr of general trade experience, or comparable
- A strong interest in working with mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
- Located near Souix Falls,SD - or willing to relocate
- Drivers license and a clean driving record
- Comfortable working independently in an indoor setting
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ yr of appliance repair experience
